We value YOU and we work hard to make sure that we have a good relationship with our customers - so if there's something you're not happy with please send us an email to let us know.  We know that sometimes no matter how hard we try, we get stuff wrong, or things don't go as expected so we  ask that if you are unhappy in any way with your product or experience with Jenerik Coffee that you let us know first so we have the opportunity to make it right.  We encourage you, however, if you are happy with your experience and/or product to tell your friends about us because we believe word of mouth is the best advertising.  We value your feedback and want to know if we fell short or better yet, exceeded your expectations.

Privacy & Safety

Privacy is important. We will not share or sell your information you provide to us to anyone for any reason. We only use the information you provide to contact you via email for our own marketing purposes and order questions/concerns. You may unsubscribe from our email list at any time by contacting us through one of our online forms or sending an email to info@jenerikcoffee.com with the subject of Unsubscribe.

Online accounts created are subject to approval by Jenerik Coffee.  Any abuse, harassment, and/or unlawful behavior by a customer through our website will cause that customer to have their account revoked and will be banned from purchasing any products from Jenerik Coffee.

When necessary inappropriate activity will be reported as allowed by law.

Return/Refund Policy

Please be aware that we do not accept returns of our small batch roasted coffee. 

We may offer a refund or replacement and/or a future discount at our discretion.

If you need to contact us about your order we ask that you do so within three business days of receiving it.
